Sustainability Expert Wanted:
We are seeking a skilled Sustainability Expert to join our team in the Midlands region. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sustainability and social value, with experience in leading teams and delivering projects.

This is an exciting opportunity to work for Willmott Dixon, a company committed to creating exceptional buildings where communities can thrive. As Sustainability Expert, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sustainable solutions to drive business growth and improve performance.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sustainable solutions to drive business growth and improve performance.
* Lead a multi-disciplinary team to deliver operational excellence and increase sustainability knowledge and skills among people and supply chain partners.
* Collaborate with external stakeholders, including industry leaders, customers, and supply chain partners, to drive sustainability and social value.
* Analyze data and identify opportunities to improve performance, mitigate risk, and accelerate delivery against company and customer sustainability goals.
About You:
We are looking for a motivated self-starter with a strategic vision and operational focus. You will have:
- Experience operating as a leading Environmental or Sustainability team.
- Proven experience in delivering successful sustainability and social value projects.
- Strong leadership and influence with stakeholders, customers, and senior leaders.
- Expertise in KPI management, reporting, and customer-centred sustainability planning.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Salary:
The salary for this role is estimated at £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
