At BNY, we're seeking a highly skilled Client Service Associate II to join our Client Service team in Manchester, UK. This role is a hybrid position, with 3 days a week spent in the office.
Key Responsibilities:- Resolve complex day-to-day issues for external clients related to BNY's Trade services.
- Support clients in addressing operational and technical issues, ensuring requests are executed efficiently.
- Assume client onboarding and/or risk management responsibilities as needed.
- Monitor client inquiries, resolve non-routine issues, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance client experience.
- Experience in an operational area and/or client services is required.
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
