Seeking a Product Strategy Leader

We are looking for an experienced Product Strategy Leader to join our team in Holborn, London. As a Product Strategy Leader, you will be responsible for leading the product strategy and execution for digital advertising solutions.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in a senior product leadership role, preferably within the digital advertising or technology sectors. You will be responsible for defining and executing the product roadmap, overseeing the product lifecycle, and driving innovation and collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Leadership: Define and execute the product roadmap, with a strong focus on digital advertising solutions.
  • Team Management: Lead and inspire a team of three Product Leads, driving a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Market & Technology Insight: Stay ahead of trends in digital media and advertising, collaborating with engineering teams to incorporate the latest innovations into product offerings.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to align product strategies with market needs and client expectations.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage product development budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Salary: £90,000 per annum. Based in Holborn, London, this role involves managing a team of three Product Leads and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and deliver high-quality solutions to clients.

About the Role:

This is a pivotal role in shaping the development of cutting-edge advertising products that leverage LED and LCD technologies to deliver engaging customer experiences. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the technical aspects of LED/LCD technology and product development, with the ability to bridge technical innovation with market demands.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Manufacturing discipline (preferably Electronics or Mechanical Engineering).
  • Significant experience in a senior product leadership role, ideally within the digital advertising, media, or technology sectors.
  • Proven expertise in LED and LCD technologies and their applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong leadership skills with a collaborative approach to working across diverse teams.
  • Data-driven approach to product strategy, with a focus on delivering measurable results.
