About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our team at an exclusive fine dining restaurant in Gloucestershire. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our discerning guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
  • Oversee the kitchen team to ensure high standards of quality, consistency, and efficiency
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to source the finest ingredients
  • Contribute to the development of new recipes and menu ideas
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a 1/2 Rosette or 5-star hotel environment
  • Excellent plating skills and attention to detail
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a high level of motivation
