About the Role

Mace is seeking a highly skilled Senior Planning Manager to join our team in London. As a key member of our consult business, you will play a critical role in delivering large-scale infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and maintain exceptional safety, quality, cost, programme, sustainability, and project compliance standards.
  • Manage the delivery of key assignments and defined business areas, providing strategic direction and monitoring delivery aligned with overall vision and objectives.
  • Support the long-term success of planning performance for specified engines/sectors/hubs, and the overall contribution to the broader company goals.
  • Implement planning principles within the project management community, working with large ranges of stakeholders.
  • Plan complicated infrastructure projects and summarise these into portfolio-level schedules.
Requirements
  • Exposure of working as a Primavera P6 project planner on large-scale civil engineering/infrastructure projects, ideally for a tier 1 contractor or a client-side consultancy.
  • Construction-related degree (civil/structural engineering, or construction/project management or equivalent).
  • Digitally savvy, with the ability to build lasting client relationships and lead strong, motivated teams.
  • Experience of working on large projects/programmes, with a focus on planning and scheduling.
  • Construction or project management background, with a hunger to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
