About the Role

Mace is seeking a highly skilled Senior Planning Manager to join our team in London. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for planning and managing large-scale infrastructure projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project schedules, resource plans, and risk management strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with project teams, stakeholders, and clients to identify and mitigate project risks, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide expert advice on project planning, scheduling, and risk management to project teams and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and risk management strategies, and ensure their effective implementation.
  • Lead and manage project teams, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project planning, scheduling, and risk management, with a strong background in infrastructure projects.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with project teams, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Proficiency in project planning and scheduling software, including Primavera P6.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and deadlines.
