About the Role

  • Support the Boutique Manager in leading the sales team to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Develop and execute in-store events and promotions to drive sales and engagement
  • Coach and mentor sales advisors to improve their skills and performance
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management and cash reconciliation
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create personalized customer experiences

Requirements

  • Proven retail experience at supervisor level or above, preferably in beauty
