About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to support our Boutique Manager in leading the sales team, driving sales and customer service targets, and ensuring the smooth operation of the store. Your expertise in retail operations, inventory management, and cash reconciliation will be invaluable in maintaining the highest standards of service and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Boutique Manager in leading the sales team to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Develop and execute in-store events to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Coach and mentor sales advisors to enhance their skills and performance
  • Manage inventory, cash reconciliation, and other retail operations tasks
  • Collaborate with the sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences

  • Proven retail experience at supervisor or above level, preferably within beauty
  • Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
  • Experience in creating and executing in-store events
  • Coaching and mentoring skills to enhance sales advisor performance
  • Drive to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Retail operations experience, including inventory management and cash reconciliation
  • Flexible availability across days and hours
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
