About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Boutique Manager to join our team at Swatch Group. As a key member of our boutique team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Boutique Manager in achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Boutique Manager in leading the team and driving sales performance
  • Assist in recruiting, training, and developing Sales Advisors to ensure they have the product knowledge and sales skills to deliver exceptional service
  • Collaborate with the Boutique Manager to implement merchandising strategies and maintain the boutique's visual standards
  • Provide personalized service to clients, building strong relationships and delivering an unforgettable shopping experience
  • Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment, stocktakes, and liaising with suppliers to ensure product availability
  • Handle administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Previous experience in luxury retail, preferably in watches or jewelry, with some supervisory or leadership experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to tasks and challenges
