Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive care to high-risk and complex-need patients, utilizing advanced clinical assessment skills to make sound, independent judgments.
* Support emergency interventions and manage both acute and chronic conditions with integrated treatment plans.
* Engage in regular training and mentorship to develop your skills and expertise.

Requirements
* BSc in Paramedic Science or equivalent, registered with HCPC, and verified against stage one of the paramedic primary care roadmap.
* Proven ability to operate autonomously in primary care with strong decision-making skills in complex, high-risk scenarios.
* Drive to Innovate: Eager to support service improvements, enhance care delivery standards, and engage in professional development through regular training and PCN initiatives.

Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is £52,625 per annum (based on 22.5 hours per week), with potential for Full-Time hours. We also offer opportunities for professional growth and development.
