About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes. This will include assisting with personal care, medication management, and other daily living tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Providing personalized care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and using the toilet
  • Managing client medication and supporting with daily living tasks
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
  • A strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A willingness to learn and develop new skills
