We're looking for a skilled and motivated Junior Sous Chef to support our Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering high-quality dishes to our customers. You'll be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking to spec, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

What We're Looking For

  • You're probably an existing Junior Sous Chef or an experienced Chef looking to take the next step in your career.
  • You'll ideally have experience working with fresh ingredients and be able to demonstrate good chef/kitchen skills (food prep hot and cold, cleaning, knife skills, good hygiene practices).
  • Good communication skills and a team player.
  • Self-motivated to work at pace, with limited supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of best practice when it comes to all things Allergens, kitchen essentials, and Food Safety.
