We are seeking a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join our team at JW Lees, a family-owned brewery with a rich history and a passion for great beer, food, and memorable experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes using fresh ingredients and maintaining a consistent standard of excellence.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to achieve and maintain 5* Scores on the doors and ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
- Manage and rotate stock, oversee the running of your section, and contribute to the overall success of the kitchen.
- Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas, staying up-to-date with culinary trends and best practices.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.
