The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Receptionist to join our team. As a Hotel Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the hotel's front desk operations, including checking in and out guests, handling room assignments and key cards, and responding to guest requests.
  • Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with other hotel staff to ensure that guests receive a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Minimum of one year's experience in a hotel reception or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of hotel reservations systems (e.g. OPERA or Reslynx) is an advantage, but full training will be provided.
