We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Coach to join our team at Baker Snell. As a key member of our Learning and Development department, you will be responsible for coaching and mentoring colleagues to enhance their customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training programs to improve customer service skills
- Coach and mentor colleagues to enhance their performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement customer service initiatives
- Conduct regular evaluations to assess the effectiveness of training programs
