Customer Team Leader

We're looking for a skilled and motivated Customer Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our store team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, leading and developing your team, and ensuring the smooth operation of our store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide friendly and welcoming service to our customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Lead and develop your team, providing coaching and training to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Ensure the store remains safe, legal, and fully operational, maintaining high standards of housekeeping and store presentation.
  • Support your Store Manager by deputising when they're not working and delivering a variety of HR processes.
  • Build relationships with our customers and the local community, supporting our Store Manager with the delivery of the local Co-op community plan.
