Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Iconic Resourcing is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead their recruitment division. This newly created position will report directly to the HR Manager, playing a pivotal role in driving recruitment success and supporting the business's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee the entire recruitment process to attract the best talent for diverse and dynamic teams.
  • Create and implement diverse recruitment strategies to enhance the company brand and profile.
  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle from job adverts to onboarding, ensuring timely and successful processes.
  • Partner with hiring managers to ensure seamless processes and provide expert guidance throughout the hiring process.
  • Proactively build the company brand by attending events and relevant marketing, and maintain a positive candidate experience by providing clear and timely feedback at all stages.
  • Build and maintain relevant candidate pools, and enhance the company brand and profile to ensure they are seen as an employer of choice.

  • Proven experience of managing recruitment processes within a diverse organisation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with stakeholders and candidates alike.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring strong communication with stakeholders.
  • Strong enthusiasm for identifying the right talent and ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
