Talent Acquisition Specialist – Inverclyde

Up to £50,000 per year

Hybrid Working


Our client, a well-established organisation with a strong presence in Scotland, is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead their new recruitment division. With significant investment fuelling their growth, this newly created position will report directly to the HR Manager, playing a pivotal role in driving recruitment success and supporting the business’s growth.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • You will develop and oversee the entire recruitment process ensuring the business is attracting the best talent for their diverse and dynamic teams.
  • Create and implement diverse recruitment strategies.
  • Management of full recruitment life cycle from job adverts to onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring manager to ensure timely and successful processes.
  • Offer expert guidance and advice throughout hiring process.
  • Proactively build the company brand by attending events and relevant marketing.
  • Set up and manage PSL list.
  • Ensure positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely feedback at all stages.
  • Build and maintain relevant candidate pools.
  • Enhance company brand and profile to ensure they are seen as employer of choice.


KEY SKILLS:

  • Proven experience of managing recruitment processes within a diverse organisation.
  • Experience in Engineering or Manufacturing is preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with stakeholders and candidates alike.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring strong communication with stakeholders.
  • Strong enthusiasm for identifying the right talent and ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
