Field Sales Solutions: Retail Sales Development Manager Role

As a Retail Sales Development Manager at Field Sales Solutions, you will play a key role in driving sales growth for our leading client, Ferrero. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with grocery store retailers, such as Tesco, Sainsbury's, and ASDA, to increase visibility, display, and availability of Ferrero's brand portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in grocery stores.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the retail sector.
  • Identify new opportunities to increase brand presence and optimize sales.
  • Responsible for your own geographical area and the stores within it.
Requirements:
  • Ambitious nature with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivation with the ability to work autonomously, using your time effectively and planning efficiently.
  • Passion for sales and a true advocate of Ferrero's brand portfolio.
  • Fully clean UK driving license.
