Field Sales Solutions is seeking a talented Retail Sales Development Manager to drive sales growth in grocery stores through building strong relationships with key decision-makers. This role involves leveraging sales data to effectively engage and influence, as well as identifying new opportunities to increase brand presence and optimize sales.

As a Retail Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing your own geographical area and stores within it, working closely with clients to deliver revenue growth and Return on Investment (ROI). You will be a key member of our team, working collaboratively to achieve business objectives and contribute to the company's mission.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers in grocery stores to drive sales growth and increase brand visibility.
  • Leveraging sales data to effectively engage and influence key stakeholders, identifying opportunities to increase sales and optimize ROI.
  • Managing your own geographical area and stores within it, working closely with clients to deliver revenue growth and ROI.

Requirements:

  • Ambitious nature with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Excellent at building relationships and negotiating.
  • Self-motivation, with the ability to work autonomously and plan efficiently.
  • A passion for sales and a true advocate of our client's brand portfolio.
  • A full clean UK driving licence.
