Join Our Team as a Trainee Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Trainee/Graduate to join our growing team at Clarify Consultancy Ltd. As a Trainee Account Executive, you will play a key role in managing a portfolio of new and existing clients, building strong relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of new and existing clients, identifying opportunities for growth and development.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients at all levels, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Focus on growing and developing existing clients, identifying new business opportunities and driving sales growth.
  • Provide detailed management information reports to clients and the Executive Team as required.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and excellent customer service.
  • Act as the key interface between customers and internal departments, ensuring effective communication and resolution of issues.
  • Adhere to GDPR legislation and maintain accurate records of sales, contacts, and deals using our CRM system.
Requirements:
  • Experience in sales and/or sales administration, with excellent IT skills and a corporate approach to work.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to multitask effectively and communicate complex information to clients.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a strong focus on building and maintaining relationships.
  • A First or 2:1 in a Business or related degree, although not essential.
