We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Associate to join our high-performing sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be trained on developing key relationships with clients, providing a consultative-based service, attracting top talent, and effectively project managing. You will also have the opportunity to learn from our experienced management team who have excelled at all levels of our company.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Our salary for this role is £25,000 + (OTE Year 1: £35,000 - £45,000) and is based on your location in Bristol.
