Job Description
Be-IT Ltd is looking for a Compliance and Audit Coordinator to join their team. This role involves supporting the Audit Manager in conducting audits, identifying risks, and providing recommendations for improvement. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Audit Manager in conducting thematic audit projects to identify risks and areas for improvement.
  • Assist in determining the scope of each project, considering stakeholder requests and risks to be addressed.
  • Help analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to drafting concise and accurate audit reports, outlining issues identified and recommendations for risk mitigation.

Requirements:
  • Solid understanding of Personal Injury claims and their underlying processes.
  • Experience of litigated Personal Injury Claims.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Able to work to specific deadlines and on multiple projects simultaneously.

Benefits:
At Be-IT Ltd, we offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide 33 days holiday (including bank holidays) which increases with length of service. You also have the option to buy or sell up to five days of annual leave.
