Job Title: Marketing Communications Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team at Barclays. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating integrated marketing strategies that drive brand positioning and achieve commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business objectives
* Lead the development of content and social media strategies to engage clients and stakeholders
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop content messages and themes
* Manage the end-to-end content creation process, including writing, editing, and animation creation
* Monitor the performance of content across various channels using analytics tools

Requirements:

* 3+ years of experience in a senior marketing role with social and content responsibility
* Experience in coaching or mentoring team members to successful accomplishment of goals
* Vast experience in driving and managing content and social media strategies in a highly competitive environment
