Child and Adolescent Mental Health Professional

The post holder will be expected to support the GP in delivering physical health care and emergency treatment to patients in complex care. Key responsibilities include:
- Undertaking psychiatric assessments for clients referred to the unit
- Preparing discharge summaries, reports, and other associated documentation
- Participating in learning activities, supervision, and clinical governance
- Supporting the GP in delivering physical health care and emergency treatment
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- 12 months' experience in CAMHS psychiatry
- Previous mental health inpatient experience desirable
- A positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement, and quality
- Excellent knowledge of the Mental Health Act and Code of Practice
This role offers a competitive salary of £**85,000 - £110,000 per annum**, 27 days of annual leave (rising to 33 over ten years), excellent NHS pension scheme, health and wellbeing services, flexible working options, and access to various staff networks.
