The WCS Group, a leading environmental services provider, is seeking an experienced Water Quality Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our expanding water hygiene department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of water quality and safety across various sites.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £27,500 per annum, with opportunities to earn bonuses and overtime pay. Additionally, you can expect 23 days' holiday per year, plus bank holidays, and 10 extra paid days leave for Reservists and Cadet Force Adult Volunteers to attend annual training.

  • 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Main Responsibilities

Your key duties will include:

  • Conducting water sampling and temperature monitoring
  • Cleaning and inspecting tanks
  • Performing endoscopic inspections of calorifiers
Desirable Qualifications and Experience

While not essential, we highly recommend candidates with technical service experience in closed heating and chilled systems, cooling towers, and water treatment of boilers. You should also have good plumbing and water treatment remedial skills, as well as confined space training and proficiency in computer software.
