RPS Group is seeking an experienced Leakage Reduction Specialist to join their Water Operations Division in Wales. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in leakage detection and resolution and contribute to delivering high-quality services to clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for detecting and resolving complex operational issues related to leakage on our clients' network. You will use your expertise to identify and implement effective solutions to reduce leakage and support regulatory targets.

This is a challenging role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A valid UK driving license and flexible attitude towards working hours are essential for this role.

About the Role:

  • Assess and diagnose leaks using various methods, including proactive and reactive approaches.
  • Develop and implement solutions to reduce leakage and support regulatory targets.
  • Maintain Health and Safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Provide training and mentorship to assistant leakage technicians.
  • Build relationships with colleagues, contractors, and clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through continuous learning and professional development.

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving license.
  • Experience in leakage detection and resolution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible attitude towards working hours.

Salary: £38,000 - £48,000 per annum.
