Rentokil Initial plc is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in Dudley. This role is ideal for someone who is looking to develop their skills in financial operations and administration.

Job RequirementsThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial, administrative, and clerical services. Key duties will include:
- Administering supplier queries
- Providing support to accounts assistants
- Processing of Purchase Invoices
- Resolving internal and external queries via telephone and email
- Processing of payments (BACS, CHAPS, Cheques, Direct Debits)
- Supplier statement reconciliations and resolution of differences
- Escalation of invoice authorisation
- Resolving significant issues promptly
- Assisting with monthly accruals for management accounts
To be eligible for this role, you should have:
- Knowledge of Accounts Payable, maintaining general ledgers, VAT
- Ability to deliver to strict guidelines and to tight deadlines
- Ability to maintain confidentiality concerning financial and employee files
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy whilst meeting deadlines
- Understanding of audit controls
- Excellent IT skills including Word/Excel
- Self-motivation, enthusiasm, flexibility
- Good spoken & written communication skills
- Good organisational skills
- A passion with a 'can do' attitude
