We are seeking a talented Genomics Data Leader to lead our cancer genome analysis projects. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with external researchers and industrial partners.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing customized cancer genome analysis within our research environment, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices for genome analysis, spearheading complex genomic analysis projects, and conducting benchmarking exercises for tools used in processing, analysis, and interpretation of whole genome data.

This position requires someone with in-depth expertise in cancer genomics, solid understanding of tumor drivers and interpreting genomic data through targeted pathways, proficiency in utilizing Python for efficient data processing and analysis, and hands-on experience in developing high-quality and reusable code.

To excel in this role, you should have a PhD degree or equivalent practical experience in an industry setting and experience in leading a cross-functional analytical team in an academic or industry environment. You should also have a good understanding of biomedical challenges and a commitment to producing high-quality code.

This position offers a competitive salary, estimated at $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth and professional development.
