Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Consultant to join our UK team, providing technical assistance to customers and contributing to the development of support processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support assistance to customers via various communication channels.
  • Prepare technical drawings as per project requirements, utilizing CAD software.
  • Visit client sites to provide on-site technical support and training, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Conduct training sessions and create support documentation for customers, enhancing their understanding of our products.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and improve support processes, ensuring efficient and effective customer support.
Requirements
  • Degree in civil engineering or a related field, with a strong foundation in technical principles.
  • Proven experience in technical support, design, or a similar role, with a track record of delivering excellent customer service.
  • Advanced skills in CAD software, with experience in Revit, ArchiCAD, or other 3D software.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driving license, with the ability to travel to client sites as required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the sandwich panels / modular building industry, with a deep understanding of its complexities.
