About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Junior Front of House Manager to join our team at WAGAMAMA LIMITED. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our front of house operation, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our team is motivated and engaged.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the management team in developing and implementing strategies to improve front of house operations
  • Lead and motivate a team of front of house staff to provide exceptional service to our guests
  • Ensure that all front of house areas are maintained to a high standard, including the dining area, bar, and restrooms
  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and other front of house expenses
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure that front of house staff have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional service
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a front of house management role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on providing exceptional service to our guests
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations, including minimum wage and overtime requirements
