We are seeking an exceptional Country House Operations Manager to join our team at HF Holidays. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional standard of customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our country house.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service Excellence: Engage and interact with our guests to create a warm and friendly atmosphere, ensuring every aspect of customer service meets our high standards.
- Front of House Leadership: Lead the front of house team to maintain pristine conditions in all bedrooms and public areas, meeting our brand standards.
- Property Maintenance and Aesthetics: Support the House Manager in addressing internal and external repairs and property defects, working with the maintenance team to uphold the appearance of the garden, grounds, and overall country house aesthetics.
- Team Culture Development: Foster a culture of teamwork and harmony among our staff, recognizing the importance of this in our house's overall success.
- Centralised Support: Leverage the support of our central HR team for recruitment, performance management, and conduct-related matters, as well as working with the central support operations team for Health and Safety, purchasing, stock management control, and reporting.
- A robust commercial background in the Tourism or Hospitality industry, with experience in management roles such as Assistant Hotel Managers, Country House Assistant Managers, or Assistant Hospitality Managers.
- Exemplary customer service skills and the ability to excel as a team leader.
- Flexibility to adapt to varied working hours, particularly during evenings and weekends.
