About the Role:

We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Front of House Team Member to join our team at Premier Inn in London Gatwick Airport. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is comfortable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are clean and ready for guests
  • Assist with food and beverage service, including serving meals and drinks
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe environment throughout the hotel

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of up to £12.59
  • A guaranteed 30 hours per week over 6 days, providing a stable and predictable work schedule

Requirements:
