Front of House Team Member Opportunity

We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front of House Team Member at Premier Inn in Crawley. As the face of our hotel, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure that rooms are clean and ready for guests
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages, including cocktails and meals
  • Manage the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about the hotel and its services, making recommendations to guests as needed
