About the Job

  • Conduct thorough assessments of individuals' daily life impacts due to their disability or health condition

  • Pursue continuous professional development through regular feedback and supervision

Skills and Qualifications

  • Valid NMC registration number
  • At least 1 year of post-registration adult or mental health experience
  • Able to work in the UK without sponsorship
  • Exceptional communication and computer skills
