The Sterling Group is currently seeking a skilled and motivated individual to fill the Dispensing Assistant Healthcare Training Role.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to develop their skills and knowledge in a supportive work environment and make a difference in the lives of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Dispensing Medications: Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications to patients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Maintaining Records: Accurately maintain patient records, including medication lists and dosages.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Training and Development

You will have the opportunity to gain valuable qualifications, including the Healthcare Assistants Course (level 2) and Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA).

Once you have achieved these qualifications, you will have further opportunities to develop yourself and your skillset within our company.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, proactive, excellent at communicating with others, able to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and aware of the importance of confidentiality when handling medicines.

Desirable Skills:

  • Candidate should have customer service training and experience working in a customer-focused environment.

Estimated Salary: Approximately £23,500 per annum, based on a 37-hour week and £11.63 per hour rate of pay.
