Role Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated medical receptionist to join our dynamic team at Service Care Solutions Ltd.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Patient Interaction: Answer telephone calls, face-to-face enquiries, and online queries. Comprehensive training on the EMIS system will be provided.
  • General Reception Duties:

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding service to patients. They will work collaboratively with the practice team to deliver high-quality care.

What We Offer:

A permanent contract with flexibility in working hours, including part-time and full-time options. Full training for this role is also provided, and while prior experience is advantageous, it is not essential.

Requirements:

  • An Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check is required.
  • Prior experience in a GP practice or primary care setting is desirable.

Salary: £18,500 - £22,000 per annum
