Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR and Payroll Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of UK payroll legislation, processes, and PAYE.

The role involves extracting and preparing the payroll file, maintaining accurate payroll records, generating reports for internal and external stakeholders, and responding to employee queries related to payroll, tax, and benefits.

You will also be responsible for monitoring employee absence and holiday records, maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with GDPR and company policies, and assisting with the administration of the recruitment process.
