About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Development Designer to join our team at Recra Consulting. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for designing and developing unique and visually appealing concepts for a wide range of projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing creative solutions across various platforms, including concept drawings and prototyping.
  • Collaborating with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand project goals, requirements, and target audience.
  • Working with metalwork and acrylic fabrication from a design and practical angle.
  • Collaborating with other creatives to ensure cohesive and impactful visual communication.

Requirements:

  • Relevant Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a creative design role.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Concept drawings, fabrication background, prototyping background, CNC knowledge, and point of sale background.
  • Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving abilities.
