Job Title: Healthcare Service Director

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Healthcare Service Director to lead our service team. In this role, you will provide strategic direction, manage daily operations, and ensure quality care and compliance.

About the Role:
In this position, you will be responsible for developing effective relationships with stakeholders, upholding an open and inclusive management culture, and overseeing the service's policies and procedures.

Your Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and communicate the service's strategic plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
* Maintain the service's operations to meet high standards, in line with budgetary guidelines from the provider.
* Provide leadership to the care and administrative staff, ensuring that welfare of service users is prioritised.
* Actively market the service and secure service agreements at the provider's set rates.
