Job Description

  • Participate in all branch processes, including customer service and medication management.
  • Build positive relationships with customers, patients, and healthcare professionals.
  • Assist in the delivery of pharmacy services, ensuring accurate and efficient treatment.
  • Serve as an ambassador for Rowlands Pharmacy, representing the company and interacting with the community on a daily basis.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have an NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or an accredited equivalent course, as well as a Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA) qualification. Previous experience working in a customer-focused environment and strong interpersonal skills are also essential.
