About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Home Healthcare Assistant to join our team. As a Home Healthcare Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customers to maintain their independence and live safely in their own homes. Your key responsibilities will include assisting with personal care, mobility, and daily tasks such as meal preparation. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop tailored care plans that meet the unique needs of each customer.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personalized care and support to customers in their own homes
• Assist with daily tasks such as meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Support customers with mobility and transfer activities
• Develop and implement tailored care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate records and reports as required

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a caring and empathetic nature, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional care. You will also require a full driving licence and access to a vehicle, as well as business insurance. Ideally, you will have previous experience in a care-related role, although comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success in this position.
