Job Title: Contracts Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contracts Manager to join our team at Hunter Mason Consulting Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Lead and manage project teams, setting clear goals and objectives, and ensuring that all team members have the necessary skills and resources to deliver projects successfully.
  • Manage and mitigate risks associated with projects, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to minimize potential risks and ensure project success.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring that all parties are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered to the highest quality standards, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring that all project data is up-to-date and easily accessible.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to develop and implement effective commercial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant qualifications in project management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in the electrical industry, with a strong understanding of electrical systems and infrastructure.
  • Excellent IT skills, with experience in cloud systems and project management software.
