Job Title: Contracts Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contracts Manager to join our team at CV Library. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing contracts and ensuring that all project milestones are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  2. Manage and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and delivery of projects.
  3. Lead and manage project teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  4. Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  5. Monitor and report on project progress and performance to ensure that targets are met.
  6. Identify and mitigate risks to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  7. Develop and maintain a risk register to track and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  8. Provide training and support to team members to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver projects successfully.
  9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
  1. Applicants must have a good standard of education and relevant qualifications in a related field.
  2. Fully qualified professionals with a minimum of 8 years of experience in a related field.
  3. Relevant qualifications in health and safety, such as IOSH or NEBOSH.
  4. Safe Pass or ECS card and testing and inspection are desirable.
  5. Knowledge of the electricity industry, ideally utilities sector, is desirable.
  6. A full valid clean EU/UK driving licence.
Skills and Competencies:
  1. Significant experience in the electrical industry, particularly infrastructure upgrades and major blue chip clients.
  2. Exemplary attitude to health, safety, and wellbeing.
  3. Exceptional communication and coaching skills.
  4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead teams to achieve project goals.
  5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with installers, management, and client stakeholders.
  6. Experience in producing RAMS and tool box talks.
  7. Good IT background with experience in cloud systems.
  8. Excellent attention to detail and strong prioritization and organizational skills.
