Job Title: Electrical Contract Manager

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Contract Manager to join our team at Hunter Mason Consulting Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing electrical contracts and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Contract Management:
    • Develop and implement effective contract management strategies to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of electrical projects.
    • Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
    • Manage and maintain accurate records of contract performance, including progress tracking and issue resolution.
  2. Project Coordination:
    • Coordinate and manage electrical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
    • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and budgeting.
    • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any deviations from the plan.
  3. Commercial Management:
    • Manage and optimize commercial aspects of electrical contracts, including pricing, billing, and payment terms.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve commercial performance, including cost reduction and revenue growth.
    • Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate and timely invoicing and payment processing.
Qualifications and Skills:
  1. Proven experience in electrical contract management, with a strong understanding of electrical industry standards and regulations.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  4. Proficient in project management tools and software, including MS Project, Asana, or similar.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
