Join Talent Curve Recruitment in our search for a highly skilled Site Manager to lead our construction projects in Mid Ulster.
About the Role:We are seeking a seasoned Site Manager to oversee the coordination and supervision of new build residential developments. As the number one on site, you will be the point of contact for direct staff, subcontractors, clients, and the design team.
Reporting into the Company Director and Contracts Managers, you will be responsible for overseeing projects, managing manpower on site, and consulting with local authorities and clients when required.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing sub-contractors and personnel on site to ensure high productivity levels
- Supervising works on site to ensure quality, timeliness, and budget adherence
- Planning and coordinating daily site requirements, including labour and material procurement
- Assisting with material take-offs and ensuring adherence to company policies, including H&S policies
We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 5 years' proven experience in running sites, with the ability to effectively manage site programmes and associated schedules to required deadlines.
