Salary: £45K-50K with company vehicle

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the construction of new build residential developments in Mid Ulster. As the number one on site, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all activities, acting as a point of contact for direct staff, subcontractors, clients, and the design team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report into and support the Company Director and Contracts Managers
  • Oversee projects and manage manpower on site, including direct staff and subcontractors
  • Consult with local authorities and clients when required
  • Manage sub-contractors and personnel on site to ensure high productivity levels
  • Supervise works on site and ensure the quality of works, meeting deadlines and staying within budget
  • Plan and coordinate the daily requirements of the site, including labour, procurement of materials, and meeting deadlines
  • Assist in material take-offs
  • Ensure company policies, including H&S policies, are adhered to on site

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years proven experience in running sites
  • Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines
