Site Manager

- Salary: £45K - £50K with company vehicle
The Role:
As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the coordination and supervision of the construction of new build residential development. You will be the number one on site for all activities and act as a point of contact for direct staff, subcontractors, clients, and design team.
You will report into and support the Company Director and Contracts Managers. Your responsibilities will include overseeing projects, managing manpower on site, including direct staff and subcontractors, consulting with local authorities and clients when required, and managing sub-contractors and personnel on site to ensure that productivity levels are high.
You will supervise works on site and ensure the quality of works and that they are done on time and in budget. You will also plan and coordinate the daily requirements of the site, including labour, procurement of materials, and meeting deadlines.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years proven experience on running sites
- Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines
