About the Role

We're seeking a bright and ambitious graduate with a strong academic background and research experience to join our team. As a Graduate Financial Services Recruiter, you'll be responsible for attracting international specialists for open roles in various countries, particularly in Europe and the US. You'll work closely with our team to build a network of contacts and identify top talent for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a business development strategy to attract international specialists for open roles
  • Build and maintain relationships with contacts at all levels, including mid and senior-level professionals
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify top talent for our clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients and candidates

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a self-motivated and ambitious individual with excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone. You'll be comfortable working with people in other time zones and have a strong attention to detail.
