Financial Markets Specialist

We are a niche recruitment firm focused on connecting outstanding global talent within financial markets. Our team of experts has successfully completed mandates at all levels of seniority, including at board level.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a bright and ambitious individual to join our small growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for attracting international specialists for open roles in a variety of countries, particularly in Europe and the US.
The role will involve:
- Networking and researching existing databases for individuals with experience matching current requirements.
- Speaking with contacts at all levels throughout the day, mainly over the phone but also where possible and relevant, in person.
- Developing the business area and gaining new clients for your business area.
We are looking for someone with:
- A strong academic background and evidence of research experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, particularly with highly intelligent individuals where English is not always their first language.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work with people in other time zones who may require communicating with outside of usual office hours.
We offer a structured promotion plan and are looking for people to grow with the business. In-depth training will be provided to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role.
